Like my blipjournal says: Wine, Women & Song!

Well, here are some of the women holding what's left of the wine, and for anyone reading this who attended our show, I hope you enjoyed the song!

From left to right are Diane, Karen, and Charlene, three of the four altos in our ensemble, the fourth being myself. All but Karen still sing with Allegra, Diane and Charlene also sing with the Jazz ensemble, and I sing only with Allegra.

Our annual Wine, Women & Song Benefit has become an event that I look forward to with great excitement. You really cannot go wrong when you combine a group of warm and wonderful people, ply them with food and drink, and allow them to sing for you. It's a formula for fun --- and success!

We conducted a silent auction as part of tonight's fundraising efforts, and yours truly is now the proud owner of a pair of tickets to hear our local Skagit Symphony in December! All in all, a wonderful time was had by all, and the organization and flow of the event went flawlessly.
