Lamplight

It was dark and wet when I woke up this morning so I lit another candle in my office to bring a little warmth into the darkness. This lovely pottery candle holder was given to me as a present by one of the children in my class (thanks Lara) after she had been on holiday to Tunisia. This was over 30 years ago now, but I still treasure it and I love the patterns of light it casts as the candle flickers and glows inside. I'm pleased to report it chased away the gloominess and we now have blue skies and sunshine outside.
