Richard II - a bit like David Tennant ?

I went into Lichfield this morning. I managed to catch one of the glorious sunny patches, as opposed to the horrendous gloom and heavy rain....

I'd had a really threatening letter from Lloyds Business Centre in Colmore Row. It was requesting "Urgent action" and a phone call to a premium number. After I'd spoken to my accountant and reassured myself that I'd done nothing wrong, I went into angry mode. Why should I pay to complain !

So I parked in the Tesco carpark for free (avoiding my usual closer paying car park) and went into the Lichfield Branch of Lloyds. They were marvellous and clearly rather shocked at the tone of the letter. One of the ladies rang and the snotty guy on the line was quite dismissive of HER ! The final funds were duly transferred and the accounts closed. All sorted.

So, cheerily, I took advantage of the sunshine and headed back to the cathedral with my Canon this time.

Lovely light again - but different.

This choice is three of the Kings over the main entrance.

And when you think about it, Richard II does look a bit like David Tennant :-)
