Great afternoon in London.

First off a visit to the Whitechapel Gallery to see the Sarah Lucas exhibition. Secondly to the Royal Festival Hall to see the World Press Photo 2013. Then back to the Science Museum to see Only in England again and to meet up with MrJohn. All before going to see Martin Parr talk about the exhibition and English social ritual and behaviour (along with Kate Fox (Social Anthropologist) and Sean O’Hagan (Guardian and Observer) . Interesting stuff, but would have liked to hear more from Parr. (See MrJohn's entry for a better description of the talk!)
