Singing robin

What a very mixed day weather wise, we even got to see hail stones. As the cold weather has been creeping in an old injury of mine has been giving me jib, a good few years ago I torn a ligament in my shoulder in one of my old gardening jobs. I've tried heat and various things on it but today decided to purchase a Tens machine. I've used it and so far it feels relieved and that was on the light setting. I briefly tried the highest setting , oh my god that's more like torture treatment.
