Driving home

Its cold and its raining, and that always means that the Netherlands is full of traffic jams and queues.

Holland is the land of, maybe the home of, the bicycle. Probably the most bike friendly road system and traffic rules in the world, and many people use their bike everyday to travel to work and to the shops.

But who wants to cycle in the cold and wet unless you have to - so when the weather turns to wintry then the cyclists all jump in the cars and drive the whole country almost to a standstill
