This really is turning into a food blip! Lol.

Was 'on the road' today, visiting customers. I used to love the cut n thrust of the sales process, especially when face to face with buyers.

Now? Not so much. Selling is a much maligned profession (and in my view it IS a profession) and these days everyone focuses purely on price. There are a lot people out there, now, who are penny wise and pound foolish and have no idea of value.

Anyway, I'm making another favourite rice dish tonight - a risotto. Colourful.

Mmmm.
