Route 66

Very Productive day today, which ended with Dinner in Route 66 after watching Jack in his Karate lesson.

I've walked past this little Amercian Diner style restaurant in Axminster several times and thought it looked like a fun place to eat, but have never been in. Looks were not deceiving and it was a fun, memorabilia filled place with great food and a great authentic Amercian hostess.

The kids found this talking, singing, deer very amusing and we finished our meal singing and dancing along to the deer performing renditions of Elvis, Rawhide of all things and some good old Southern Country Music.

Really lovely evening with Mr Lovely and all three kids, and we'll definitely be back for milkshakes and desserts once we have a bit more room again! - Stuffed!!!


Children are living beings - more living than grown-up people who have built shells of habit around themselves. Therefore it is absolutely necessary for their mental health and development that they should not have mere schools for their lessons, but a world whose guiding spirit is personal love.
