Short, evening run

Finally --- managed a short, evening run tonight ... just out along my favourite canal, in the wrong direction outrageously!

Bit of a 'dark shot', of one of the boats, which is moored opposite the Canal Society Pavilion.


Anyhow, today's figures:

Distance run: just <2miles
Pace: 9mins/mile
