Our trainer for the past three days. He put on a very good course, and was always ready to answer our questions. Which is no small feat: I once attended a training course where the trainer consulted Google to almost every one of my questions.

Back to the office tomorrow.

Also returned to climbing at Alien Rock this evening, after many years' absence.
