Flaps

I've accepted a commission from a friend who is a spinner to make as many earflap hats as she can produce the yarn for in time for the holidays. I don't have an exact number, but she is from the Midwest and it's for family, so my current rate of about a hat a day (with many and varied interruptions in my knitting) may be alright, or not. We'll see.

What I do know is that I'm halfway through the first installment of yarn she's given me - the above is the third earflap hat I've started.
