Tea Pickers

These Pickers we're working on a tea plantation just outside Oooty (Ootacamund) today. They start work at 8:00am and finish at 4:30pm. They are paid on the weight of leaves they pick in the day.
The plantation owners are having trouble recruiting pickers as the local Indian population is not interested in this sort of manual work anymore so these pickers have come in from other provinces.
