The sky

I just couldn't wake up this morning, went to Physio this afternoon, got new exercises to do, she was pleased with my progress, advised me to stay on the painkillers and get icing to reduce inflammation, she says the fatigue is to be expected as I am still recovering from the general anaesthetic and that I have had a major operation and not to be fooled by the small scars on my back. I am in a lot of pain today and feel very tired.
Anyway I managed to walk from the hospital to Kingston and go to the bank etc….
It was a lovely crisp day.
I seem to like my photos better in mono/b&w at the moment.
