Late afternoon clouds

A desperation blip I'm afraid, I just didn't like anything else I took today( not that there was much to choose from). A visit to the physio this morning who told me to take things a bit slower after my over zealous attempt last week to speed up the recovery - I must learn to be patient ....I must learn to be patient........I must learn to be pati......;-))
