A Knight and a Buck

Being Welsh means that rugby is in my blood, and tonight it was a great honour to meet two world rugby legends in Sir Colin Meads and Wayne ‘Buck’ Shelford at the Liberty Stadium, Swansea. Buck was one of my heroes growing up; if ever there was a more passionate number 8 in the world then I would like to see them, because he just gave 100% and went over and above the cause in some cases. Yes folks, Buck played a rugby match with a ripped scrotum *crosses legs*. It was a great evening listening to the stories from these legends!

In other news we went through another joking external assessment today. No real test!
