unexpected

I realise this isn't a very good shot but I enjoyed taking it. I was trying to catch the rather surprising heron that landed on the neighbour's roof, but it was unhelpfully grey against a bright sky. The crow, a much more established occupant, didn't expect to see this large placid stranger either, and did a sort of emergency wheel-and-fly-past.

The exposure was terrible, so I had to settle for this shadow-play effect.
