hand dipping/ rolling detritus

The Chocolatiers best friend~ our enrober died yesterday

were now hand dipping everything..and its as time consuming as it can get..

heres hoping its resurrected soon!!!!!

This was the carnage after a triple batch of hand dipping / rolling Viennese truffles **followed by a double batch of rum n raisin!!!
