SD Shard

Well, today has been a mixed day. I've learnt stuff, looked at stuff, gained stuff and had good news. So, on the whole quite a few more plusses than minuses even if you factor in the flu jab.

And then, for research purposes, I attempted to swap the cards on one of the cameras to re-create another post I had seen (longish story). One card apparently came out fine, then the other one wouldn't go in. Then I realised that the first card had disintegrated inside the camera. So these little shards almost rendered several hundred quids worth of Nikon useless. New glasses, reading lamp and paper clip eventually did the trick. Otherwise the day would definately have ended on a low note.
