Bailey (Golden Retriever) and Harvey (Black Lab.)

We are fortunate in have a neighbour who allows us to walk her two dogs occasionally. Today we took them to Mugdock estate where they seemed to run non-stop for an hour or so. And while doing so they always find muddy patches to roll in. But they go for a swim and demand that I and my wife throw stick for them to retrieve.

Here they are freshly washed and dried happy in the boot of the car, waiting for treats before the run home.

Harvey is my special friend and he reminds my of another black lab, for we enjoyed 'puppy walking' a black lab pup for a year - a dog who now is a successful Guide Dog for the Blind working and living in North Yorkshire.
