Kathmandu

Our first evening in Nepal, after a long flight and days of anticipation about the following Trek.

Kathmandu was wonderful, if a bit overwhelming. The sounds and smells - and the appearance of utter chaos was incredible, and quite liberating from the ordered life we are used to in the UK.

The following photos I have looked at over and over again, and the days of struggling to find inspiration feel a long way away. How hard it is to chose just one photo a day!
