Tail Gating ?

On a bright frosty morning these aeroplanes trails show that there is not a lot of space between them. They appear to be very high up flying east to west. Perhaps from Copenhagen to America?
A Law for motorists has just been passed and a tailgating warning for the roads in Britain that hopes to stop vehicles travelling too close together.
