Rotary Tree Planting

The Rotary Club of Strathaven in conjunction with Strathaven in Bloom and Strathaven Academy organised the planting of 130 mixed specie saplings. Fortunately or unfortunately the timings became confused and by the time the Rotary and Strathaven in Bloom arrived the job had been done by the school assisted by excellent South Lanarkshire Council staff who had all arrived an hour early.
The smile on the face of two Rotarians says it all!
