Power & Light

Bit tired today after yesterday day/evening/night at work, so thank goodness it was Friday and I have the weekend off!

After work I popped into town and got a few bits and bobs.

The sun was coming through the clouds and it looked so lovely although very chilly!

Think the cold made me run quicker this evening, although it was the first day after circuits that my body didn't hurt!
