A couple of nights ago, out of the blue, I mentioned that I quite fancied a walnut whip. Tonight NM came home with two packs and a large carrier bag. Who knew that they were 50 years old? To be honest I thought that they were older than that. I seem to remember that in my youth they also had a walnut in the bottom as well as the top.

M and S have changed the design of their Cherry Liqueur box. It used to be quite tasteful, now it is a horrible colour. Who thought the new box was an improvement on the old one? Thankfully the contents remain as good as ever.
