Sauce

Deglazing a pan with white wine just seems so classy. Chicken thighs crisped in the oven with a shallot/ white wine and lemon sauce. It tasted really good after being outside all afternoon clearing the gutters and picking up all the broken branches after last weekend's storms. Of course I forgot to take a photo when Joel was on the roof!
