This is not a month for photographic quality.

Life is still revolving round work calls early in the day and endless documents.

Today I ran out to take the vacuum cleaner to have a new drive belt and entered a wonderland of vacuum parts. What you probably can't see, because I tried to take this picture surreptitiously and fit in the cornucopia, is the life-size and very life-like snake that's on the counter.

I didn't notice it for a while, started chatting to the nice vacuum-maintenance-man, and then nearly had heart failure.

No idea why the plastic snake was there. He may have put it down one day in 1974 and forgotten about it. I suspect there are quite a few items like that in here....
