Summer...Bring. It. On...

After ice skating lessons today, we ended up at Maraetai in our togs. Thinking we may just do a quick jump in and then go warm up with a coffee. The inaugural wharf jump of the 2013/14 summer is now under our belts, along with a VERY long swim.

We bumped into friends down at the beach, and the girls had a lovely play on the kayaks with them. We've now got this extra staying the night, as her Dad has to be at the airport to pick up her Mum from a flight home from Samoa at 1am. First time she's slept here, so far so good.

Feels like summer...complete with a touch of sunburn, despite the slip, slop, slap and wrap.
