What a day. Was woken up at 6am by Zali who was throwing up...a lovely case of gastro to deal with today.

At least I had acupuncture at lunchtime to take me away for an hour:)

Anyways, I hope she is much better by tomorrow. I've spent the day disinfecting everything within sight so that my mum and Maya don't get sick too.
