katie sales / parkrun

katie sales came to visit last night. how delightful. we had dinner, wine and a well needed catch up.

then up bright and early for the weekly 9am parkrun at the quarry. i've been meaning to take part since they started a couple of months ago but something always comes up (mostly my laziness). it was cold, but beautiful. there was sun in the sky, frost on the grass and mist on the river. worth getting up for.
