Whisky

A day out at a distillery -what a great way to spend a Saturday. I've been to lots of distilleries far away from my home, but it was nice to visit our most local, Auchentoshan. A great tour by a lady who really knew her stuff. I am always amazed by the process of whisky making and thought she hit the nail on the head when she said "todays rain, is tomorrow's whisky"
