Capturing the moment
It's been a productive and useful day today. I went over to Mother Flowerpowers for lunch and to collect her spare front door key for my place, as my key no longer works and I have been locked out this week. I then went into town to get some copies of that key cut and went to the jewellers to give my watch in to get a new battery. I have had this watch for ten years and bought it on a trip to New York. So it has lots of happy memories attached to it. Unfortunately the watchman said it was not the battery and that it would cost more to fix it than buy a replacement. So it's the end of an era and time for a new watch. I'll add it to my Christmas list!
I went up to the windmill this afternoon to see what blips I could find and I liked the silouhettes of the people here.
A friend is coming over for cards and Strictly later. I hope you are all having a good Saturday.
P.S. I have not modified the colours. This is straight from the camera.
