A Fresh look at Colour

Gym morning at my physio's place. Three circuits of the exercise he's set up for me, took around an hour and I was washed out at the end!

Off into Bolton outdoor market (not that outdoors these days) to visit the fish market, several fillets of salmon and a couple of fillets of smoked haddock - proper smoked, not the painted yellow stuff and a wander around with the camera before a quick lunch at the café and home.

Love the colour of the fresh fruit and veg stalls. Makes the supermarket displays look rather sickly plastic in comparison!
