Who is Watching Who(m)

I was out lopping Juniper bushes and sorting out rocks, roots, duff from actual branches. Felt myself being watched so I looked around. My supervisor, Zoe the cat, was nearby, but pretending indifference as it was too cold to actually find a comfy spot to observe me with her eyes closed. Neighbors often wander by, but this morning the street was quiet. Then I realize this massive old spruce was eyeballing me. I didn't know if he approved of my labors but, as he didn't drop any pinecones on my head, I like to think that he is looking forward to the extra space.

And he could have appeared as a character actor in a Dr. Who episode so he is today's blip. Here's looking at you, Kid!
