Sunset at Aberdour

I went to Aberdour today, essentially to capture an image of the old pier. It was an impulsive decision, and I arrived there to enjoy glorious weather - far too good for snapping an old pier which needs some thunderous skies and rough seas in the equasion.

The afternoon was slipping away and when I realised sunset wasn't far off, I rapidly headed back around the bay towards the beach with the intention of setting up for a spectacular sunset however, when I looked back towards the pier I saw the light was fading and offering up this perfect scene.
