Supper

I had one of my best friends over this evening for a catch up. I'd trawled through my Good Food mags and came up with this hearty beef and mushroom stew with cheesy leek topped jacket spuds with thyme infused glazed carrots and peas. I think it was a success as it all got eaten!! :-))
