Dr Who's 3D 50th anniversary!

We took Alex and his friends who are also Dr Who mad to the cinema this evening to see the anniversary celebration live on the big screen in 3D.
We had great difficulty parking (on a verge in the car park - all the spaces were gone). The cinema was packed and we were rather near the front (needing 7 seats gave us less options!) There were 3 screens with it on including the largest one (which we were in). It was all worth it. Rollicking good fun.
Personally, as a teacher close to their grandma's ages, my 'OK' status just went up as I saw several past and current pupils and I'm sure the news will be spread around!
