Beautifully rotted out!

The middle section of the tree trunk of our rotted out tree! I thought it was very cool and so I took a pic of it....but I was later told that the gunk that was in there was probably squirrel and rat poop that literally kept the tree standing! Nature is a wondrous thing!!!
