The Boy Who Lived (so far)

Meet Leo ... the boy who lived. He's been seriously sick for nearly 2 weeks now, but he seems to have stabilised, and in fact, is now starting to gain weight again. 2 weeks ago, he was 410g. 2 days ago, he had gone down to 316g. I then force fed him meat and milk via a syringe every 2 hours (plus his antibiotics) and this morning, before his feed, he weighed in at 338g. I'm confident that, unless another complication occurs, that he will now continue to put on weight, and hopefully start eating by himself again, once his nose clears up. He us looking at the food bowl, but making no attempt to eat from it as yet.

Chrissi is now well over 500g. She is still sneezing, but she is cleaning herself (unlike Leo) and she has bundles of energy. She is a monster. It's pretty difficult to get her to stay still for a photograph. The mark on her nose has cleared up (Blip is REALLY useful for comparison shots on a daily basis).

Thanks for all your kind words recently. I simply will not get the time to visit your pages for a while yet (although I do take a quick peek). Thanks for all the new subscriptions recently (all 4 or 5 of you :-) ) ... and thanks for all the name suggestions and cures. We appreciate it.
