Owchy

Well last night I went to the sandcastle with a group of children all with disabilities!!
Was a great night of fun and smiles until I went arse over tit and took a chunk of skin out of my finger and bruised by back shoulder and bum!

Hoping my finger will be a little less painful tomorrow and fingers crossed for a good sleep tonight because I haven't managed a good sleep for over ten days now!!
