MORE LIGHT, PLEASE

I sighed seeing the dark sky in the morning. It did not deter me from taking some pictures in the garden. A lovely Blue Tit for instance and some detail of my last rose.
After lunch Piet Hein exclaimed: what a strange light I see upon the houses in the valley, they look a strange blue colour. I came to look and felt amazed too.
Then we looked up in the sky and there were big patches of blue. We had been ready for our walk but our mood changed a lot seeing the sudden change of the weather. But after a quarter of an hour walking there they were again the enormous black clouds. Happily enough the wind kept the clouds changing constantly and we walked through the forest to the big plateau, seeing beautiful skyscapes and vistas. We returned along the learning path back home. Time for tea. Satisfied to have been able to greet the sun for some time again.
It was so good to hear Mischa's voice later, on the phone, catching up with us and we with her.
Quite a lot of pictures to delete, but eventually we found the blip for today.

My haiku:

My hands may have been cold
What my eyes saw of nature's
Treasures a big gift

And the proverb:

H/she carries fire in one hand and water in the other.

From Lydgate, Troy BK, 1412-20.
