Little house in the woods

Would you have guessed that this used to be the hen-house at my friends' place? I suppose the hatch in the door is a bit of a clue.

A few years ago, however, it had a makeover and is now a Wendy house for Anne's pre-school grandchildren. In the summer months they spent hours out there, using their imagination to play house.

I remember, as a child, the joy of playing in a Wendy house where all the furniture and fittings were child-sized, but we certainly didn't have a flymo parked at the door in those days!
