runners are easily confused!

New trail socks...Bliss for 30 mins...then caked in mud.

Some may say runners are a bit soft in the head....not true....we know our left and right...these babies are high tech and asymmetric...so does help if wear on the right foot.13.6 miles today...lots of BIG hills...then ...reward trip to the local after for a gastro burger and pint....good Sunday 8-)
