Ear today, Gone tomorrow

"elephant ears"...not sure if thats the real name or a nick name for these. The leaves on the mature plants are 3-5 feet long, you could use one as a blanket if you were caught in a rainstorm.
This may be the last image from my "yard study" location for the year, not much going on now.
