Passed this previously Blipped building last week. Saw the scaffolding around it, and assumed it was about to have some sort of refurbishment. Not so. According to one of the workers it's being totally demolished. It certainly was a surprise to see it had lost its roof and two floors since last week. It's not very old. I seem to remember it going up in the mid 1980's, but as the construction was fairly lightweight, demolition and building something new is cheaper than refurbishment.

Suspect whatever replaces it, will be much bigger - in height, or length, or both.
