Felixstowe

Cold grey day but went for a walk along the coast anyway. This was one mahoooosive container ship leaving the port.

My painful back is feeling much better, amazing what rest can do, think I need a bit more of it in my life!

Three things to appreciate
1. The skill of the sailors and port staff who load, sail and unload all the goods that make our lives so much easier
2. The cafe at the end of our walk at Felixstowe ferry and a welcoming hot chocolate
3. The colours of the sky as the sun set this evening- awesome
