Starting at the bottom of the pic...that's me..starting my toe up sock (which is what we are doing in our class now).
Clockwise
is Rebecca with the gorgeous cable pattern sock...unfortunately she's made them in size 6.5 which is just too small for me:(
then there's Carrie (proprietor of Carrie's Quilting and Knitting where we all get to meet) with her finished pair of socks.....chances are very good she didn't use a pattern.....she NEVER does!
then there is Carol with one sock of the 15 or so projects she has on the go right now!!!
Then Brenda...our newest recruit...with a colourful toe up sock on the go....obviously this lady knows what she's doing!!
Next is Joanne...we started our sock at the same time....I gotta get moving!!
Joanne is a natural knitter...she can figure out any problem she comes across and can problemsolve as she goes...I'm getting there but she was like that right from the start!!
and finally there is Cathy...she is wearing 2 different socks because that's what she's working on. Cathy is always making socks...she loves them. Cathy is from Holland and has been knitting since......BIRTH.....she is a wonderful knitter!!
