Champions...

...at play hard, work hard. These girls rock!

They kept me out drinking til 3am this morning and then dragged me out running, in the RAIN, only a few hours later at 9-freaking-o'clock-!

I've not been running -at all- in nearly 3 months! And it takes some incredible inspiration (and guilt-inducing) to get me to go out in the cold rain on a normal Sunday morning, even when I'm not feeling like something the cat dragged in, chewed up, and spit out.

So they did, I did it, and I'm oh-so-glad! I can't believe I managed to do 5K at all, never mind in under 40 minutes in these conditions. Maybe I should call them miracle-makers.
