Light Night

Tonight was the switch on of Edinburgh's Christmas lights by Sir Chris Hoy.

Anyone with a camera was photographing the Star Tower which has been set up in St Andrew's Square ( and I joined them). But this gets the blip as the fireworks were launched from the Assembly Rooms.

George Street was heaving with families and people out to enjoy themselves. And by the number of bags - to shop.
