Well as predicted Isaac came in beside me at 12.30 and when Amelie came through at 5/6 she thought Isaac was still in her room! I think maybe the thought of company helped her sleep better. She got up and pottered around then eventually I persuaded Chris to get up and make us all breakfast.

We went to Crawley once we were all ready as Isaac needed a new sleeping bag and I thought we should check TK max for one. I found one (it's in the pic!) and we also went to M&S where we got some Christmas presents. Pleasant surprise at the till when it turned out they were on a 3 for 2 offer!

Home for lunch and finishing sorting the aftermath of yesterday's move.

Today Amelie made us all laugh by singing a song about "Snowy". Oh Snowy. I have no idea who snowy is. And that was pretty much the only words in the song. She was very emotive though, Chris thought we might have a little Bjork in the making..,

Isaac had a shot of Amelie's keyboard and he thought it was just the best thing ever! He could not believe his luck. Until his sister appeared from the other room and promptly took over....

We had chilli for tea (except Amelie who had plain pasta and a small bowl of plain rice...) and I have done another load of Christmas cards. Putting them down was meant to be easier as Isaac fell asleep next to me on the sofa but Amelie got upset at bedtime (Chris tried to leave before she was asleep) and she woke Isaac. I went in and fed Isaac back to sleep and say until Amelie was asleep too. That was at 7.30 and not a peep since (touch wood!)
