Naughty Me!

As I waited for the drier to dry the clothes in the laundry, I thought I'd sneak off and have a naughty lemon cheese cake and amaretto latte.

So, this no dairy and no caffeine thing is proving to be a little more difficult than I thought.

On a positive note, I have really cut down, which is better than nothing!
